Triassic Triathlon for Pedalpalooza!

Triassic Triathlon

Portland’s annual bike extravaganza, Pedalpalooza, kicked off June 6. “With 257 different events, most organized by individuals, bikers of all persuasions are likely to find many events of interest.” Go ahead- check out the impressive calendar of rides – you’re sure to find at least one event that gets you out on your bike!

Don’t miss our very own Pedalpalooza event: the Triassic Triathlon! BIKEASAURUS presents an afternoon of fun bikey games! We’ll do a bit of relaxed riding between parks with stops to compete in a trifecta of casual, but competitive jurassic battles: Bike & Seek, Raptor Relay, and Pedalpalooza Pictionary! Kids welcome. Prizes for winners (and non-winners)! Free spoke cards for all. Meet at 3:30 pm on Sunday, June 16 at BIKEASAURUS to play!

Light Your Bike!

Blinder

Blinder light by Knog

During these dark winter months, it’s especially important to be well-lit while riding. We’re proud to carry a variety of bike lights and reflective gear to keep you safe on your ride.

Our new favorite light is the Blinder, made by Knog. It’s super bright (4 LED), attaches easily without a bracket, and – our favorite part – is rechargable via USB. Never buy batteries again. Just plug your light into your computer or USB outlet charger.

Another one of our favorite products that keeps you seen is this Reflective Sash. It’s made locally by Love Bike Wear. Super stylish and super safe.
